Martino Ongis is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Franklin University Switzerland (FUS) and holds roles as Center Associate and Initiative Fellow. He previously served as a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard University's Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, where he remains active as a Research & Design Studio Associate. His educational background includes a Laurea Magistrale cum laude from the University of Bergamo and a doctoral degree from The New School for Social Research in the U.S.
- Teaching: Courses include Social Psychology, Introduction to Psychology, and Psychology of Judgment & Decision-Making
Research focuses on polarization mechanisms, institutional ethics, and value congruence between individuals and organizations. He develops innovative assessment tools for instructional objectives and learning outcomes evaluation. Notably awarded FUS's 2023/24 Excellence in Teaching Award.
