Martin Refseth

Martin Refseth is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Technology, Innovation and Culture, University of Oslo. He is affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and contributes to the project Urban Transformation in a Warming Arctic (UrbTrans), analyzing Nordic colonialism in Arctic urban planning.
