Professor Martin O'Neill is a leading political philosopher at the University of York's Department of Philosophy, affiliated with the School of Politics, Economics and Philosophy. Previously at the University of Manchester and the University of Cambridge, he holds a PhD from Harvard University under T.M. Scanlon and Derek Parfit.
