Martin Kuiper is a Professor in Systems Biology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). His research focuses on ontology integration, semantic web technologies, and computational approaches for biological data analysis. He leads the Kuiper Lab, which develops tools like BioGateway and contributes to initiatives such as DrugLogics and the COLOSYS project.

- PhD in Biology, University of Groningen (1987)
Research Interests: Drug resistance modeling, anti-cancer drug combinations, logical modeling of biological systems, and text mining for biological curation. Collaborates with NTNU's Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Humanities on projects like Crossover Research 2.0 and ERACoSysMed.
