Martin Kubina is an Assistant Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, Slovakia. His primary affiliation is with the Department of Design. He has been teaching there since 2011, specializing in 3D modeling and digital design methodologies. His academic background includes a Master's in Vocational Education (1999–2002) and a degree in Sculpture and Space from the Academy of Fine Arts (2000–2006).
Research interests focus on the intersection of sculpture, spatial design, and exhibition curation. Notable projects include participations in international sculpture symposia (e.g., TB Banská Stanica, PANTA RHEI), and collaborative exhibition design works such as N89 The Road to Freedom (2019), Don’t Be Afraid of Modernity! (2018), and 100 Years of Design (2018). These projects highlight his expertise in transforming cultural narratives into immersive spatial experiences.
