Martin Giles is a Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and the executive director of the Technology Policy Accelerator. He focuses on policy implications of emerging technologies, including AI, biotechnology, robotics, semiconductors, and space, while leading the publication of The Stanford Emerging Technology Review.
