Martin Gelter

Professor Martin Gelter is a full-time Professor of Law at Fordham Law School since 2009, specializing in comparative corporate law, corporate governance, and securities law. He teaches courses such as Corporations, Comparative Corporate Law, and Accounting for Lawyers. His research focuses on corporate governance in Europe and the U.S., law and economics, and legal transplants.
