Martin Dackling is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of History, Lund University, with a focus on interdisciplinary research intersecting social, political, legal, and economic history. He serves as Director of Third Cycle Studies for the National Graduate School of History and coordinates the Nordic Heritage Network (DNA).
- Current research explores inheritance, property distribution, and family dynamics within the Swedish nobility and economic elite (1850–1950).
- Previously analyzed agrarian history, family farms (1845–1945), and sibling households (1870–present) in Sweden.
