Martijn de Heer is a Lecturer in the Graphic Design department at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (KABK). He graduated from the same department in 2016 and later established his graphic design studio, Apt Opt Out, in 2018 after residing in Berlin.
Research Interests: His practice focuses on:
- Developing custom tools for design and coding
- Digital-physical intersections in creative work
- Experimental storytelling methodologies
- Interactive media and design research
