Martha Grener serves as Adjunct Professor of Flute Music at Le Moyne College and Onondaga Community College, where she teaches applied flute instruction. A distinguished performer, she maintains an active schedule across Central New York's premier concert venues including Syracuse Friends of Chamber Music, Civic Morning Musicals, and Utica College.
Her performance expertise spans:
- Solo flute repertoire with orchestral collaborations (e.g., Bernstein's "Halil" at Onondaga Community College, 2021)
- Chamber music specialization, particularly flute-harp ensembles through Duo L'Adour
- Orchestral performance as principal flute of Syracuse's Chelsea Opera and extra musician with Symphoria
In 2014, her album "Dare to Dream" earned Duo L'Adour the Syracuse Area Music Award (SAMMY Award). Recent engagements include the NE composers symposium (2022) and collaborative recitals featuring flute-percussion repertoire.
