Martha Bailey is a Professor of Law at Queen's University's Faculty of Law, with a cross-appointment at the Centre for Neuroscience Studies. Her research focuses on cross-border family law, indigenous self-governance in private family law, and international legal frameworks related to children's rights. She has held visiting researcher positions at institutions including the University of Iowa, NALSAR University of Law (India), and Emory Law School.
