Marte Kvinnegard is a Research Fellow at the University of Oslo's Department of Public and International Law, affiliated with the Faculty of Law. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo (2021). Her doctoral research focuses on the legal status of the deaf community, particularly the right to sign language interpreters within public law frameworks, encompassing human rights, equality, anti-discrimination, and administrative law.
