Marta Guzik-Tkacz

Marta Guzik-Tkacz is a habilitated doctor at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Department of General and Care Pedagogy. Her research focuses on crisis intervention, social support for crisis-affected individuals, and transcultural pedagogy, particularly in the context of migration and refugee integration.

• Research Interests: Crisis intervention, social support systems, transcultural pedagogy, diagnostics of immigrant/refugee needs, psycho-pedagogical therapy, migration studies, and refugee integration.
• Supervision: Willing to supervise Polish and foreign doctoral students in pedagogy-related fields.
