Marsha Williamson

Marsha Williamson is a Lecturer of Nursing at the University of Mount Saint Vincent, serving as a full-time faculty member since Fall 2021. She holds advanced certifications including Adult and Family Health Nurse Practitioner (ANP-BC/FNP-BC), Nursing Professional Development (RN-BC), and Critical Care Nursing (CCRN-K). Her roles include Clinical Course Coordinator for Adult Health and Adult Health Nursing III, and instructor for Pathophysiology and Adult Health courses in undergraduate and Accelerated BSN programs.

She has presented at conferences such as the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH) and Northwell Research Conference on topics like reducing patient discomfort during IV insertion. Her clinical background spans medical-surgical nursing, neurosurgery, and critical care.

Community Engagement: She volunteers with the Westchester Food Bank, City Harvest, and leads community programs like Stop the Bleed and Hands Only CPR. She remains an active practicing Family Nurse Practitioner.
