Marsha Ross-Jackson

Marsha Ross-Jackson is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Dean of the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law. She also serves as Executive Director of the Martin H. Malin Institute for Law and the Workplace and the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law Institute for Law and the Workplace.

• Education: J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, M.P.A. from Roosevelt University, B.A. from Hampton University.

Her research and professional work focus on labor and employment law, workplace equity, and conflict resolution. She designed and teaches courses on labor law and externship programs, integrating practical legal skills with DEI principles.

Marsha has contributed to legal education through public workshops on topics like anti-discrimination, unconscious bias, and performance management. She has authored publications, including a chapter in Lessons from Successful African American Lawyers (2020).
