Marrit Tuinman

Dr. Marrit Tuinman is a senior researcher and post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Health Psychology at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Medical Sciences. Her research focuses on psycho-oncology and health psychology, particularly examining how cancer patients' social relationships and partnerships influence their adaptation, quality of life, and health behaviors. She leads projects such as 'Healthy weight after cancer treatment' and collaborates on international studies like the E-SURV project funded by Deutsche Krebshilfe.
