Markus Hackenfort

Prof. Markus Hackenfort is a Professor for Human Factors Psychology at the ZHAW School of Applied Psychology, Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). He leads modules in Traffic Psychology, Social Psychology, and Sociology. His research focuses on human factors, automated driving, and cognitive causes of human behavior. He holds a PhD in Applied Cognitive Science from the University of Duisburg-Essen (2007) and a 1st state examination in teaching psychology and social pedagogy (2002).
