Markus Dobbelfeld

Markus Dobbelfeld is a Lecturer and Subject Head of Digital Transformation in Continuing and Executive Education at the Lucerne School of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Lucerne (HSLU). He also serves as Head of Program and holds the role of President of the 'Digital Veterans Association,' a nonprofit focused on fostering digital leadership and closing skill gaps through networking, education, and research.

His professional experience spans over two decades driving digital transformation in global companies such as Hilti, Credit Suisse, Adobe, Dätwyler, and Thermomix. His research and teaching focus on Digital Leadership, Digital Transformation Strategy, Business Innovation, and Change Management.

He actively contributes to bridging industry and academia by integrating real-world leadership insights into educational programs. His work emphasizes organizational development and strategic approaches to digital evolution in both economic and societal contexts.
