Mark Williams is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at Boston University's Questrom School of Business, with over three decades of experience in risk management. Since 2002, he has taught graduate and undergraduate courses while maintaining an active role in financial analysis, media commentary, and policy advisory.

Williams specializes in Risk Management across banks, hedge funds, and Fintech sectors, with particular focus on Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Technology. His recent research explores Immigration and Outmigration patterns in Massachusetts and economic implications of technological disruption in sports.
His publications span 15 recent works including analyses of crypto regulations, student debt impacts, and sports economics. These works demonstrate his interdisciplinary approach blending finance, public policy, and social sciences.
