Dr. Mark Wilberforce is a Reader at the University of York's Social Policy Research Unit, affiliated with the School of Social Policy and Social Work. He specializes in social care research, particularly focusing on homecare, older adults, and mental health support systems. His work emphasizes values-based recruitment through platforms like the Curious about Care initiative and psychometric methods.
