Mark Wheatley is a Senior Lecturer in Nursing Skills at Teesside University's Department of Nursing & Midwifery. He joined the university in 2008 and has held roles including Module Leader, Course Leader for Pre-Registration Nursing, and Principal Lecturer for Staffing and Resources. Since 2020, he leads the nationally recognized FdSc Nursing Associate Programme, which won the Nursing Associate Training Provider of the Year award in 2020 and 2023, with finalist placements in 2021 and 2024.
