Mark Thatcher is an Associate Professor of the Practice in the Department of Classical Studies at Boston College. He holds a Ph.D. from Brown University and specializes in Greek history and culture, particularly focusing on cross-cultural connections and identity formation in ancient Sicily. His research explores themes such as ethnicity, Hellenic identity, and political dynamics in the Archaic and Classical periods.
