Mark Smits

Mark Smits is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Copenhagen's Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Department of Biomedical Sciences, working within Professor Jens Juul Holst's research group focused on endocrinology and metabolism. His academic journey began with medical training in Amsterdam where he earned both Bachelor's and Master's degrees with honors from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
