Mark Smith

Mark Smith is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Central Arkansas. His primary research interests include Signal and Video Processing, as well as Statistical Signal Processing. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, awarded in 2008.
