Mark Shishim

Dr. Mark Shishim is an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University's Education Program. He also holds teaching appointments at the Gevirtz Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and Santa Barbara City College, where he contributes to academic and student affairs domains.

Research Interests: Dr. Shishim’s scholarly focus lies in Educational Leadership and Organizational Theory, examining systemic challenges in higher education administration. His work bridges Policy Analysis with the Sociology of Education to develop practical solutions for institutional improvement. He has collaborated extensively on applied research projects at UC Santa Barbara over the past decade.
