Mark Sciegaj is a Professor of Health Policy and Administration and Professor-in-Charge of the Undergraduate Program in the Department of Health Policy and Administration at Pennsylvania State University's College of Health and Human Development. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Bethany College, a Master of Public Health from Emory University, and a Ph.D. from Brandeis University.
