Rabbi Dr. Mordecai (Mark) Schiffman is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Jewish Education at the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education and Administration, part of Yeshiva University. He is also an instructor at the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary and the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Since 2011, he has served on the rabbinic staff of Kingsway Jewish Center in Brooklyn, NY, and practices as a licensed psychologist in New York.

- Doctorate in Psychology from St. John's University
Research Interests focus on integrating Torah teachings with psychological principles to cultivate character and well-being. His work bridges Jewish education with mental health practices, particularly through the lens of weekly Torah portions.
Publications include the book Psyched for Torah: Cultivating Character and Well-Being through the Weekly Parsha, which explores the intersection of Torah study and psychological well-being.
