Dr. Mark Rutter is a Senior Lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of Winchester, based in the School of Humanities. He holds an MA from the University of York and a PhD from the University of Southampton, where his doctoral thesis focused on Poetry, Art and the Book in Modern Britain. His teaching portfolio includes courses on Writing and the Environment, Comics and Graphic Novels, Science Fiction/Fantasy, and Contemporary Poetry.
