Mark Reusch

Mark Reusch is a Visiting Lecturer in the Illustration department at Massachusetts College of Art & Design (MassArt), where he has served as a part-time instructor for 13 years. He earned his BFA in Illustration from the same institution in 1995 and continues to contribute to its academic community.

His research and creative interests center on illustration and visual storytelling, with extensive work in editorial art, printmaking, painting, and product design. His artistic practice bridges commercial and fine art, evident in his diverse clientele and personal exhibitions.

Mark Reusch has advised numerous clients and organizations through commissioned artwork and design projects. His freelance career spans over 24 years, including high-profile collaborations with Bloomsbury Publishing, Burton Snowboards, Harmonix ROCK BAND, and various nonprofit rescue groups. He has created over 600 editorial illustrations, 150 posters, and multiple book series illustrations, demonstrating sustained professional activity and creative mentorship in the illustration field.

He is actively involved in the creative community through regular exhibitions and sales via his Etsy shop. His personal studio practice includes landscape painting, printmaking, and digital illustration, often showcased in solo and group exhibitions across the U.S. and Canada.
