Mark Pratt

Mark Pratt is a Lecturer at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, Toronto Metropolitan University. With 35 years of experience in the financial services industry across Canada, the US, the UK, and the EU, he brings extensive practical expertise to his academic role. He currently serves as a board member and investment fund independent review committee member.

His research focuses on Financial Services Regulation and Securities Regulation, reflecting his professional background in banking compliance, financial product development, and regulatory governance. He has taught Administrative and Regulatory Law tutorials and will lead the Securities Regulation course.
