Mark McBRIDE is an Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS), affiliated with the Faculty of Law and the Department of Law. He holds advanced degrees including a DPhil (Philosophy) from the University of Oxford, PhD (University of Cambridge), and BCL (University of Oxford). His research focuses on legal theory, particularly rights theory, legal reasoning, and jurisprudence.
