Mark Leiser is an Assistant Professor at Leiden Law School (Leiden University), specializing in technology law and digital governance. He holds a PhD (2018) and LLB (2010) from the University of Strathclyde. Prior roles include Lecturer at the University of Leicester (2017-2018) and Teacher at the London School of Economics (2015-2019).
