Mark Kozak

Mark Kozak is a Lecturer in business ethics at the Gary W. Rollins College of Business, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He also serves as President of BEAM Strategic Solutions, a consulting firm since 2010, specializing in sustainability, product development, and regulatory affairs. He holds degrees in Chemistry from Loyola University and the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Benedictine University, where he taught courses on sustainability, operations, ethics, and leadership. His expertise spans over 25 years in the HI&I industry, including roles as a formulator, technical director, and manager in consumer and industrial products companies.
