Mark Joy

Mark Joy is a Lecturer in the Department of Marketing/Transportation at the Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas. His professional background includes roles at Scrum Alliance as a Program Specialist and at Georgetown University as a Senior Researcher and Research Associate. He holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from New York University.
