Mark Jacobsen

Mark Jacobsen is a Professor of Economics at the University of California, San Diego, where he focuses on environmental regulation and taxes, particularly in the context of transportation and automobile industry policy. He previously served as a Visiting Scholar at the Kleinman Center (2015-2016) and is a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research.
