Mark Helmantel is a Part-Time Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Groningen (RuG), specializing in Derivative Instruments, Corporate Valuation, and Corporate Governance. He has held this role since 1999, with prior experience as an Assistant Professor (1995–1996, 1999–2006). Additionally, he works as a Senior Manager at PwC Amsterdam since 2007, focusing on financial instrument valuations and derivative structures in their Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team.
