Mark Hathaway is a Lecturer in the Department of Opera and Vocal Studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS). He specializes in opera direction and vocal performance, having directed numerous productions including L’incoronazione di Poppea, Il ritorno d’Ulisse, and Dido and Aeneas. His work with Scottish Opera includes assistant directing Wagner’s Ring Cycle and family-friendly operas like The Minotaur.
