Dr Mark Ford is a Departmental Lecturer in Practical Chemistry at the University of Oxford, affiliated with St Hugh’s College. He specializes in physical chemistry, data analysis, and presentation, teaching second and third-year chemistry undergraduates in the Chemistry Teaching Laboratory.

His research focuses on spectroscopic studies of molecular and gas-phase systems, including microwave spectroscopy of ethylenediamine, rotational structure in ZEKE spectroscopy, and Rydberg state interactions with surfaces.
