Dr Mark Burgess is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the School of Psychology, Social Work and Public Health, Oxford Brookes University. He holds a B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc, P.G.C.E, and Ph.D. His research explores transformative experiences—experiences that alter individuals' understanding of self through epistemic and personal change.
