Mark Brown

Dr. Mark Brown is a Principal Researcher at the Japanese Electronic Navigation Research Institute (ENRI), specializing in Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems and aviation infrastructure. He leads research on Free-Route Airspace, Trajectory-Based Operations (TBO), and Remote Tower (Digital Tower) technologies, contributing to ICAO standardization efforts and international aviation policy. He currently chairs EUROCAE WG-100 for Remote Towers and edited ED-240, the MASPS standard for Remote Tower Optical Systems.
