Mark Aulisio

Mark Aulisio serves as the Susan E. Watson Professor and Chair of the Department of Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University's School of Medicine. With over 85 publications and extensive international experience, he leads in clinical bioethics, ethics consultation, and organ transplantation ethics.

His research spans clinical bioethics, ethics consultation methodology, organ donation frameworks, and palliative care ethics. Notable projects include multinational collaborations with Kyoto University, University of Tokyo, and University of Paris, alongside significant contributions to pandemic ethics through the ABPD COVID-19 Task Force.
