Mark Akselrod

Mark Akselrod is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Communications Technology (IKT) within the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Leibniz University Hannover. Holding a Dr.-Ing. (Doctorate in Engineering) from 2023, his work focuses on Quality of Service and Dependability of Vehicular Cellular Networks.
