Mark A. Gring is an Associate Professor and Department Chairperson in the Department of Communication Studies at Texas Tech University, within the College of Media & Communication. His academic journey includes a B.S. and M.A. from the University of Texas at Austin (1986), and a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University (1993).
