Mark A. Eiteman is a Professor of Biological Engineering at the University of Georgia College of Engineering. He teaches courses in Mass Transfer, Biochemical Engineering, and Bioseparations, with expertise spanning metabolic engineering, bioprocess engineering, and fermentation technology.
