Marjo Kauppinen

Marjo Kauppinen serves as Professor of Practice in Software Engineering within Aalto University's Department of Computer Science, leading research at the intersection of requirements engineering and customer value creation. Her two-decade career focuses on translating user needs into effective digital services through roadmapping and solution planning methodologies.
