Mariève Forest is a Part-Time Professor in the Department of Sociological and Anthropological Studies at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Social Sciences. She also serves as the President and Principal Researcher at Sociopol, a social research firm, where she collaborates with public institutions, community organizations, and academic researchers. Her research focuses on Canadian Francophonie, immigration, public health, and citizenship education. She is an affiliated researcher with the CIRCEM (Interdisciplinary Research Centre on Migration and Ethnic Relations) and co-investigator in a SSHRC-funded project on citizenship education experiences among youth.
