معرفی
Marisa Bonini is an Associate Professor in Theoretical Physics at the Department of Mathematical, Physical and Computer Sciences, University of Parma. She holds a PhD in Elementary Particle Physics from SISSA (1987) and has been a permanent researcher at Parma University's Physics Department since 1994.
- PhD in Elementary Particle Physics, SISSA (1987)
- INFN Fellowship, Trieste (1988)
- ICTP Postdoctoral Fellow, Trieste (1989-1990)
- Visiting Fellow, Ecole Polytechnique (1991)
- Head of INFN Parma Group (1999-2005)
Her research spans string theory, supersymmetric gauge theories, and non-perturbative quantum field theory, with contributions to Wilson loops, cusp anomalous dimensions, and lattice formulations of supersymmetric theories. Key methodological approaches include perturbation theory, localization techniques, and integrability.
Recent publications focus on AdS/CFT correspondence, BPS states, and renormalization group dynamics, reflecting her expertise in high-energy theory and mathematical structures in physics.
She has taught foundational and advanced courses like Quantum Field Theory I, Physics of Fundamental Interactions, and Analytical and Statistical Mechanics to Physics and Mathematics students at the University of Parma since 2005.
She led the INFN Parma group (1999-2005) and continues collaborative research in theoretical high-energy physics.
