Marion Dupire is an Associate Professor (HDR) at IÉSEG School of Management, holding a doctorate in Management Sciences from University of Lille. Her research focuses on corporate governance, risk management in financial institutions, and CSR strategies.
She coordinates Corporate Governance courses and heads the Finance CIB specialization. Awards include the Prix AFFI for best finance article (2021, 2024) and the Prix ARFA for best thesis in mergers and acquisitions.
Professional experience includes positions at University of Lille, Vlerick Business School, and ESA Business School. Research examines board oversight during crises, credit spread determinants, and NGO-shareholder relations.
