Farooq Ahmad is an Associate Professor of Finance at SKEMA Business School, France, with research expertise in Empirical Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, International Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, National Culture, Labor Market Institutions, and CEO Behavior.
