Marin Sullivan is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of History of Art & Architecture at DePaul University, specializing in modern and contemporary sculpture with interdisciplinary connections to photography, design, and architecture. She is also the Director of the Harry Bertoia Catalogue Raisonné and co-curator of the exhibition Harry Bertoia: Sculpting Mid-Century Modern Life.

Her research explores sculptural materiality, mid-century modernism, and the intersections of art, design, and the built environment. She has authored two significant monographs and numerous essays in journals like American Art and Art History.
Her publications, such as Alloys: American Sculpture and Architecture at Midcentury (2022) and Sculptural Materiality in the Age of Conceptualism (2017), highlight her expertise in cross-disciplinary art practices and the cultural resonance of sculptural forms.
